Yes! Every Cozy Stitchwear item is made to order and carefully embroidered with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and craft your item before shipping.

Absolutely. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. You’ll see the exact rate at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • US: 5–10 business days

  • Canada / EU: 7–14 business days

  • UK / Australia: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur due to customs or high season.

To keep your embroidered item looking fresh:

  • Turn inside out before washing

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

  • Hang dry or tumble dry low

  • Do not bleach or iron directly on embroidery

Yes! A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package ships. If you didn’t receive one, check your spam folder or contact us.

Because all items are made to order, we accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.
